Thanks to those of you who made it out to last week's Open-Elders meeting regarding Hillside's policies on women in ministry roles. Despite a smaller turnout than we'd anticipated we had some great conversations and are looking forward to hosting another discussion soon.

Dear "anonymous" - while we encourage discussion via comments on this website, we find that anonymity creates an unhealthy environment for the kind of open discussions we wish; it's simply too easy for all parties involved to steer clear of the sort of accountability to the community we work hard to foster when names and contact info are left out of the picture.
