Tonight marks the first leg of our Advent pilgrimage.
We begin by revisiting our ancient roots where we will encounter the chants and liturgies of generations gone by. Brad and the crew at Metropolitan have crafted an experience specifically intended to pull us back — waaaaay back — to some of the church’s ancient Advent traditions, words and sung chants.
While we may be separated by hundreds of years from these traditions of Advent, we find ourselves waiting for the same hope, grace and restoration…
